We were appointed by Abu Dhabi Airports to refine their brand position, evolve their brand identity, and establish a comprehensive brand hierarchy.
A series of one-on-one interviews and workshops with the company’s Senior Management team resulted in a decision to drop the acronym ‘ADAC’ and begin referring to the company as ‘Abu Dhabi Airports’. We also drafted a new brand model, which reflected the company’s long-term vision, mission and values.
With the new brand model in place, we began work on modernising the corporate brand identity, before establishing a monolithic brand hierarchy which aligned each of the airport brands with the brand of Abu Dhabi. Comprehensive brand guidelines were then produced to help facilitate the brand’s longer-term management, activation and implementation.
We also created a brand identity for the Midfield Terminal Complex; a new terminal that will dramatically increase the capacity of Abu Dhabi Airport.
